    Unable to upgrade to CQ 5.5

      Unable to upgrade to CQ 5.5, unable to start the CQ service it throws an error unable to start the service contact the vendor.  When I checked the system logs it says "The cq5 service terminated with service-specific error The operation completed successfully.."  If anyone has solution please let me know.
