Hi !
To answer this, we would need some more information on this.
Please provide us with more information, like what exactly needs to be done, if possible provide some screenshots or URL.
Thanks

bcote7 Apr 22, 2012 1:29 PM (in response to Prateek Aggarwal)Sure, sorry.
Here is one websites that does it and the one that I am trying to fix to animate when scrolling. If you click on the side icons in the second website, you can see the movement. But some people choose to scroll, so I want to activate the animation when someone tries to scroll. Thanks Beth

Hi !
Muse will scroll to anchors on the same page
The slaveryfootprint site is using a clever method of parallax scrolling which is not available in Muse.
Please see this :- http://www.richardshepherd.com/smashing/parallax/background.html
This kind of Scrolling/Animation would not be possible with what all features we have in Muse. This would require advanced custom JavaScript.

Prateek

Well, as of now, Parallax scrolling would not be available in Muse.
Please go ahead and create an Idea Topic for this so that community can vote on the feature idea, and if possible may be we can have it included in future.

1 person found this helpfulBeth,
There is a video for working with anchor links in the Muse Feature Tour videos:
http://tv.adobe.com/watch/muse-feature-tour/muse-create-anchor-links/
Muse will automatically scroll smoothly to anchor links.
Hope it helps!

imachrischan2 May 21, 2012 5:14 PM (in response to Corey@Adobe)I place the anchors just above the text i want my links to scroll to but they all scroll to spots either above or below where i want them to go. What is wrong? Me, or muse? What can I do to get them to work correctly? I've looked at the video and i'm doing what it says.

AdamCasey79 Dec 17, 2012 2:57 AM (in response to imachrischan2)Can I ask what file is adds the animation to the scroll when clicking on one of the Anchor tags?
I have published my site and it works fine when I test locally, however on my live site the pages are actually embedded as an iFrame into my CMS. (Hubspot)
When I click on the anchor links nothing happens? I think it might be a conflicting js file but I'm not sure which one is controlling the anchor animation?
