    Subscription to Basic Not Reflected in Account


      I've recently updated my credit card number, as my old card had expired. My account had lapsed for a month but is now paid again and in My Adobe it shows that my subscription is active. However, in FormsCentral I am still prompted to upgrade and am unable to use any paid functions.


      I've logged in and out, switched browsers. Shouldn't my account be upgraded immediately after remitting payment?

          Hi, camweb.

          I'm sorry for the problems you're having.

          I looked up your Adobe ID (the "hotmail" email address you used to post to this forum), and I see that you have an active subscription to FormsCentral, Basic, Monthly. I don't see any issues with your subscription.

          Can you confirm that you're logging into FormsCentral with this same Adobe ID email address? Often times, a user will accidentally log in with a different email address which doesn't have the paid subscription associated with it.

          If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll figure out the next step.
