Just finished "copying to" all articles to new folio and didnt even work like that anymore.
Make sure that all articles have the same layouts--horizontal only, vertical only, or dual. If you have HTML articles, use a _v or _h suffix in single orientation folios.
Yes I am very aware of the layout position and all are vertical only, as well as the name is properly written. _v at the end.
So that does not solve the issue.
any other way to fix that?
Can you import some articles and not others?
I can import any articles I want. the problem is not in the importing, just that the entire folio does not show on the viewer.
No matter howmany articles I have imported or not, nothing within that folio shows up.
That's odd. Have you tried archiving and re-downloading the folio? You might also want to restart your iPad.
Yep, have tried restarting it several times. I have ipad 1 and 2 and does not show in any of them.
The other folios work just fine.
I cannot archive the folio because it does not even appear there.
(re-downloading it neither of course)
I need to publich this magazine on ipad by may 1st, so working on deadline.
I need to preview it!!
i had this problem once, in the folio producer have you given the folio a name, number and description?
also in the viewer on the ipad they are not nessecarily in the right order - so scoot about on it
if all else fails, delete the folio and re-upload, we had a glitch once and the only solution was to re upload
Found the solution.
I had imported previously the same file twice (wanted to check which one looked the best) after deleting one, the folio appeared again.
Simply by deleting it.
What do you mean S. Drakov? You deleted one of the articles that you had imported twice? Or, what file type are you talking about?
I'm dealing with this same issue right now, and my publication date is today .
