    Is help available for a problem using "share"?


      When I try to send a picture using share, I am prompted to input my verification number.  I do not have a verification number.  I click the "resend" button but do not receive any message.  My email address as listed is correct.  Several weeks ago I did receive an email regarding verification.  I did respond (late) to the enclosed link but got a message that my account had been verified.


      I have tried online chat help twice and, after very lengthy periods ended up without a solution.  The first try the agent said my problem would be escalated to a higher level troubleshooter and I would be contacted.  I have not been contacted.  Yesterday I was told that there was a problem on their end and it would be resolved but I still cannot use share.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
