Tried this "fix" with the trial version of Premiere Elements 11 and it doesn't work. Still getting same message every time at load up. Checked my driver set and it is up to date.

This seems to be either an Adobe issue or a Microsoft one. Either way I will not purchase this program until the issue is sorted out or some one has a workable fix solution.
1st, do NOT trust Windows Update to be correct about drivers, go directly to the ATI site
2nd, some laptops have dual video, which causes problems
