Not automatically. You'd need to use Find/Change. Using a non-breaking space or No Break to keep words together can often be used to force a line break where whre you want it without using the forced line break character, and it causes much less trouble for future editing or things like TOC.

Try putting the non-breaking space between the two words you want after the line break...
Without seeing your headings I can't tell you if this will work, and you may have to turn off hyphenation as well, but if the column is narrow enough that both words won't fit it should force the break before the first one.
