Are you creating a still image or a motion video in Photoshop? And what version are you using?
When I start a new document, I can select a "Film & Video" preset and then a size of "PAL".
I'm creating a still image in photoshop cs5. I tried those presets but will that work at 25fps? I believe the data is embeded and could cause me problems later in production if I get it wrong at this stage.
How would that be embedded? An image sequence is an image sequence and can be re-interpreted as any arbitrary frame rate in any video program. This stuff only matters for clip formats liek Quicktime, but there it is simpoly dependend on chosing the right encoding options.
What is your perception of FPS?
A still image does not have any FPS.
