I have a Behance profile of long-standing as ChrisARaymond, and multiple projects, all connected to a gmail address. Now I cannot access it because my Adobe ID is connected to a different email address. I get an endless loop as Behance refuses to let me sign in with my old credentials, and when I sign in via AdobeID, my profile and projects are empty.

Did your programmers think through what you were doing before you implemented this? It's beyond ridiculous.

If I build my Prosite website with the membership that my agency is paying, Do I lose the site if they stop paying?

This morning I woke upi and went to do some updates in my prosite account and got this message

ProSite Isn't Available In Your Country

ProSite isn't currently offered in your country or region. If you no longer live in this country or region, you can change the country associated with your account using these instructions

you when Creative Cloud (which includes ProSite) becomes available in your area.

I dont know how this is possible since I have been working with prosite for over a year now.

Is this a bug. is there anyone out there experiencing the same problem.

Hi!

I joined Adobe.com years ago with a different email address than I used at behance. As I'm on a full CC plan and my prosite.com membership needs to be renewed within 5 days I'd like to know how can I merge behance and adobe accounts? Prosite is included in full CC plan afaik.

Do I have to login to adobe with my behance (prosite) email and just change it to my email I signed up with at adobe.com? Will prosite.com then notice my full CC membership?

Please advice.

Hi,

I am moving my portfolio from self-hosted to prosite (comes free with my CC subsciption).

I've noticed only yesterday a thing I had assumed was already there...the templates are not responsive!

Is it planned an update in the near future? I can't find any information online about next improvements.

I think this it's a pretty basic feature in 2013 (actually not really a feature, they must be responsive out of the box!), or am I wrong?

I am fairly new on Behance and I am a student of Graphic Design and Illustration. I am attempting to clean up my portfolios on all of the portfolio sites that I have. I have quite a few projects on Behance and my other portfolio sites that still need refinement. Would you recommend that I remove the projects that need to be refined so that I can make my Prosite portfolio look more professional?

Some complaints about Behance Jobs:

(1) The filters don't work. I set the job filters to "United States" and "NY," and the first five results were in Alpharetta, GA; Cookeville, TN; Stockholm, Sweden; and St. Louis, MO.

(2) My second complaint is that not only has Behance removed the section where an applicant can attach or write a cover letter, but now they won't even let the applicant attach a résumé. So much for good UX! Now Behance Jobs is useless to me.

My original behance account used an email address that was not linked to my Adobe ID so I ended up creating a new account by accident when prompted by the "Use your Adobe ID below to log in to Behance from now on." Now I can't use my name and I can't access anything from my old account.

I'm attempting to change the email at which I receive Behance notifications. When I change the email address in my Behance profile, it sends a verification email to my new email address. IM a senior at St Mary's College of Maryland and my senior art thesis is all based around skateboard/snowboard/surf art so I was excited to hear that Girl was holding a contest to design their next board series.

For the past couple of days i've been getting either a blank page or a 'corrupted' page where everything is messed up and out of place, I've been searching on the internet for any answers or people with the same problem, but with no luck so far. I've tried everything I can think of but I am now out of options, what should I do?

I am having this problem on Google Chrome, Safari & Firefox, I tried it on Mac & Win7 64bits, both with the same result, turned off all extensions to my browsers.

I was wondering if there is a way to turn off/disable Behance on Creative Cloud. I never use it, I never plan on using it, and I would rather just have it disabled. Two years ago I deleted my then account on Behance. Around a year later, I signed up once again but ended up deleting this account as well.

Today, whenever I log into the Creative Cloud-app for Mac I'm receiving an old request to co-own a project by one of my previous contacts on Behance. I press "reject" every time, but the request still comes back. How do I permanently remove this request?

Hi,

i understand that Behance is now part of CreativeCloud, which i subscribed to since November 2013.
However on the 20th of February 2014 Behance billed 99 $ on my Credit Card.
Now i want to find the receipt for that payment for my tax,

but it is nowhere to be found. Behance Support leads me in cycles, telling me where to find an overview of my (CC) subscriptions and billing history,

which i find, only it doesn't mention any payments to Behance...

So, where exactly can i find a receipt for that payment?
(and why was it billed anyway when Behance is part of CC??)

Haven't updated my Behance portfolio for ages but when i did try and login found I couldn't. My old account was created under a different email address to my adobe ID. When i first got Creative Cloud I couldn't use my old Behance account as it said the name was already taken so I had to make a new one. I would like to link my old account with my Adobe ID. I don't want to create a new account as I already have a lot of work,followers etc on my old account and want to continue with the work already done on building my profile. Hi there,

At one point when I clicked Community I was able to view my Behance feed as normal and upload work etc. It no longer seems to do that.

I have no profile, work, friends, etc....

I triple checked on both behance and adobe's end that the account are in fact linked correctly, and they are. and stranger so when I click "view profile" it DOES bring me to my behance profile. See below.

I also keep getting one single "request" to which I reject but it pops up quite often.

Ideas?

Few years ago, Key Business had a Prosite created with the username of claudio@keybusiness.com. Then, we decided not to renew the subscription and our Prosite went off.

Creative Cloud Desktop has been working more or less fine since it was installed, until updated to 2.0.0.183 about half an hour ago.

Going to the Behance tab, I am now prompted to link my Behance Account, but my account was already linked, and the Home tab shows details from my Behance activity, so something thinks I'm logged in.

On attempted to relink my account, I am prompted to enter my "Behance Email" and "Behance password", which I presume are my normal Adobe log-in details. But the result is an alert saying, "There was a problem with your request, please try again later".

Below this is a notice saying "No projects match your filtering criteria".

I presume this is a bug of some sort. The web still works, of course, so not a huge problem.

I have had a Behance account for awhile and had several projects listed there. I must not have done something right when you were bought by Adobe and recently when I tried to log in, it made me choose a new password, etc. Now it seems that I have a new Behance profile and it doesn't show the projects that should be there.

This is the profile name I had and would like to keep - if necessary to move the projects to the new profile I guess that's alright. I did just purchase the monthly Adobe CC programs, etc.

I used to be able to organized my projects by just dragging them into place. Now, I've dragged a project I want to be seen first to the 1st spot and when I reload, it goes riiiiiight back to where it was.

Also, the prosite is giving me a lot of trouble. I have a custom page that I'm trying to rearrange and I'm unable to. It keeps giving me a "java script error" even if I revert to original HTML.

Any help with this will be great.

"My Collections" Customize Problem!

Hi everyone,

I'm kind of new at Behance and i started to create my collections about CGI works.

The problem is i can't customize "My Collections" page. For example i want to move a Collection List to UP or DOWN by CLICK and DRAG. But it doesn't let me do it. It could be great to modify the lists that easily.

Also inside a collection list, maybe i can try to move Projects around.

SO; is there a chance to do it, or all the collections stay like i created them?
