I have set up a form to sell a special offer gift card. I want to sell a few but I want to test the waters first. If this thing goes viral I don't want to be held responsible to fulfil all the certificates. Therefore I would like to limit the number of certificates I sell. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Does AdobeForms have the capability to auto assign unique ID numbers?

Print instead of Submit

In a forms central web form, is it possible to remove the Submit Button and add a Print button. There are a couple of forms that we just want people to print and bring to the office with their documentation. I know we can attach documents, but we just want them to fill in he form and print it.

Submitted forms are not notifying me.

I have subscribed to the £8.77 a month account in order to access the PDF version of the forms, however is there a way to collect data using the pdf version of the form offline? According to another forum there is, but I can't find the way to do it. If anyone can help I'd be grateful!

Someone in the forum had asked if a certain question is asked in forms and the answer is "yes" could it prompt a new set of questions. Mine is similar, in that I am looking for the answer to affect the content throughout the form.

When someone types in their name and company name at the top of the form, can the form recall that information to pull that into fields later? So if someone says they work for "ABC Corp," could one of my questions change from "How long have you worked for your company?" to "How long have you worked for ABC Corp?" Is there any way to implement this?

Overall Form Size - Adjust Height

Hello, I am trying to make a form with an overall size that is longer but a narrow height. For example 620 long by 150 high. How to I adjust the height down to 150 px? I see the option for adjusting the width of the form, but I want to adjust the height.

Hi, I know similar questions have been posted but some not answered and some don't have the response I needed to ask...

My school has decided to move everything to Calibri (for consistency) and I am in the process of getting them to subscribe to FromCentral to create all our enrolment/application/surveys etc. in FC. I was wondering if, and when other fonts, such as Calibri might be introduced as it seems a shame not to have such a well-used font in the options.

Deleted Form/PDF Upload

I acidently deleted a survey thinking I was only deleting the responses. Luckily, I had already saved the form as a PDF file directly from the adobe site. However, Forms Central is not allowing me to reupload this form. It's saying it's already been distributed. How can I fix this?

Removing Empty Fields from Summary

Hello,

I am primarily using FormsCentral to accept Background Applications from potential clients as well as accept expense reimbursements from current clients.

In both of these forms, there are many questions which are hidden or shown based on how the applicant answered previous questions. IE, only when a client answered in the affirmative to "Do you have any travel expenses for reimbursement?" would a travel question appear to ask about the details of such a reimbursement .

Unfortunately, when the forms are submitted, we recieve a confirmation via email containing ALL questions in the orignal form, even when they were hidden for the client, or unanswered. I noticed that you can elect to have empty responsed removed for the confirmation email sent to the client after they submit a filled form, but no such option is available on the design / received side

Worse, we elected to use Adobe Formscentral because we really liked how polished they looked, and also liked the fact that we could download a PDF version of the answered questionairre that was presentable to our clients (like when presenting a close of account folder which would contain all of their submitted expenses). unfortunately the downloaded PDF version of our responses also include all of the blank and hidden fields regardless of whether they were filled out or even shown to the client. Becuase PDF's are difficult to manage after creation, there is no simple way to remove empty questions or hidden response fields from either the summary emails we receive or the PDF we can download.

We have extensive applications that we intended on being able to download to present to potential clients to skip the step of having to have somone enter them again into a polished looking form where unanswered or hidden questions do not get included. Our forms are such that we could have 3 pages of answered and applicable questions on a PDF form that totals 18 pages. Theirfor we would have to cycle through 18 pages to get the three pages of total information we need, at the same time making it completely unpresentable to a client.

There is an option to remove unanwered fields to the confirmation email sent to our clients when they submit a form, but we, the form creater don't appear to have the same option?

This seems like a relatively easy fix that is preventing a great many people from using the FormsCentral Product this way. Please let me know if there is anything I am overlooking, workaround wise, or if there is any idea as to when these features will become available. I really like FormsCentral otherwise, and would hate to have to jump ship because of what seems like a minor feature upgrade.

I need to sign into a different FormsCentral account other than my own.

The desired account was originally set up by me but then transferred to a different owner.

When I attempt to sign into that account on the web page, it keeps defaulting to my own Adobe ID and FormsCentral account.

How can I access the other account?

Editing an existing PDF form in Form Central

I want to upload a PDF form we created last year into Forms Central so I can update it to resend. But when I open it in Forms Central, it does not give me the editing tools. It only looks like it is ready to re-distribute it. What am I missing?

It would be helpful if there was a field formatted to enter a telephone (i.e. (000) 000-0000). Am I missing this option somewhere?

Then I am also merging properties (House) information that i get online in a PDF to the report . client needs to sign report if at house there with me or I could email it ... Processing survey data automatically

I am running a few surveys with FORMs. What I need to do is to be able to run code on the respondent's information as soon as they submit the form. I'm not sure the form data is accessible in this way.

I can see that it can be exported to excel, but I'd like to have this process automated. If the data cannot be accessed raw and on the fly, it will need to be exported automatically to another database that allows this.

Any information you can provide will be helfpful.

Limiting Date Options - Not Current date/year

Is there a way to force the date field to be either less than or even greater than current date without have to set dates ranges that have to be edited daily? In my processes I'm finding that the majority of data entry errors are occurring around date where users are just selecting today's date or year.

I could use Limit Date Range function, but this would require ongoing update which isn't really practical.

Any suggestions?

I've tried contacting Adobe about this before but was fobbed off with "Database is 'Down'''.

Basically I'm a Canadian client, in Canada paying with a Canadian Company credit card.

I've noticed that when Adobe bills me I'm also being charged a US sales tax which should not be applicable

to an international customer like myself. The Adobe division that bills me is in the US with a US address.

I have two questions:

1 - How do I get you to stop charging me the US taxes going forward?

2 - How do I get a refund on the taxes I should not have paid?

I am using Forms Central for submissions of service tickets to a centralized hub, and I would like to give each submission it's own case #. Sales tax refund

I have been trying since November 19th to get a sales tax refund. Adobe has all of my paperwork and they have confirmed that my account is marked as tax exempt. However every time I call in to customer service and finally get to someone, I am told that my request is processing and it will be 3-5 more business days. I have spoken to numerous supervisors, all of which claim to have to escalated the case for me. However, after 1 month I still don't have my sales tax refunded. My school's accounting department will not accept giving up, and needs the refund to be processed.

I am considering contacting my credit card company and report it as fraud because all of the paperwork I have gotten from Adobe indicates that I was not charged sales tax. However my credit card statement says otherwise.

Is there anybody from Adobe who can help with this?

Can the summary report show the actual data in spreadsheet form?

We have several forms that we are collecting data from and are trying to find an easy way to analyze all of the data. The summary report just shows percentages of who filled out the forms. I would like to see the actual data from the forms.

How can I ask the form user a question, and then use the SKIP LOGIC tool to pop their answer in specific areas of formatted text later in the form?

I need a have a form that I need to create and I want the first page ask the user to type in an answer for a question asked. For example, I want to Form to say "What County is the School in?", and I want the user to have a space to type the answer.. something like "Calaveras County". And using the Skip Logic Rule and Show Hide/Formatting text rule, how can I pop in their answer "Calaveras County" into SPECIFIC areas of formatted text on the next page of the form. Is there a way to do this? Please help!

can we download attachments in bulk???

If we create a form with the option to upload attachments, can we download all the attachments from the responses (in bulk) without having to go to each individual response.

We expect to receive up to 400 responses and therefore want to streamline the time taken to access attachments.

Using Adobe pro to create an online form. So far I really hate this new Adobe Pro - the former Pro was much easier to use and had lots of desogn feqatures.

Anyway, I want to add a print button to the form but see no icons that allow me to do that. Can someone help?
