Curious to know what triggers it and what to do about it, I hit the "More info" button, but it merely brings me to some status page with an "All Systems Green" parade. Well, thanks for worrying me, spoiling my time, and not helping me.       <title>Adobe CC Needs eLearning options and/or a Custom Creative Cloud Option</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:bcc595a2-bfd2-4bb2-aa95-1f70f4716fdd] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;As my company is looking into eLearning options I was disappointed to find that Adobe has discontinued the Adobe eLearning Suite.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Then to add insult to injury, I find that there is no eLearning CC utilizing the current versions of Adobe's eLearning Programs available either.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; unbelievable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; that with the gigantic boom in eLearning that Adobe chose to discontinue this Suite and&lt;em&gt; to not support&lt;/em&gt; a CC option.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Adobe needs to either:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide access to the &lt;strong style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;recent&lt;/strong&gt; versions of Captivate, Presenter, and other relevant eLearning software in it's regular Creative Cloud; or&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide an up-to-date&lt;strong&gt; eLearning Suite&lt;/strong&gt; (CC or Perpetual) with access to the &lt;strong style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;recent&lt;/strong&gt; versions of Captivate, Presenter, Adobe Media Encoder, Flash Professional, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Audition and other relevant eLearning software; or&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create an &lt;strong&gt;Custom Creative Cloud&lt;/strong&gt; membership, that would allow the User to choose the programs relevant to their job. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Custom Creative Cloud &lt;/strong&gt;Pricing could be for a 10 or 15 or 20 Program bundle and give the User the freedom to customize their Custom Creative Cloud experience.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In my career I have absolutely no need of some of the current CC programs... so having to purchase CC for the handful of programs I need &lt;em&gt;and then spring another $70 a month&lt;/em&gt; to get Presenter CC and Captivate CC is just ridiculous. I can't even begin to try to justify that cost, when over half the programs of the regular CC aren't even related to my job.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I get the whole CC concept - but real world application dictates that Adobe needs to be more flexible in how they offer these CC programs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As it stands, I'm already looking into alternative eLearning Authoring software since Adobe chooses to ignore the needs of the eLearning sector by shutting us out of a viable eLearning Suite, CC or otherwise, that is suited to our needs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:bcc595a2-bfd2-4bb2-aa95-1f70f4716fdd] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Creative Cloud update to 1.8.0.447 overloads Mac CPU</title>

This is on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.4. Almost immediately after the update, the fans on my machine started running full blast. Checking Activity Monitor showed that the %CPU value for Creative Cloud was 100% plus. I couldn't find any way to quit Creative Cloud, so I killed its process with Activity Monitor. Every restart since then has required the same steps. I read some advice online that suggested logging out of Creative Cloud and then back in, but the log out option in CC's preferences is inactive. Everything aimed to sell&lt;br/&gt;to me, even though I was logged in as an existing subscriber.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I know for a fact that subscription renewal is a critical concern to SaaS providers. Even though I know there are advanced features in 2014, every time I start a project in 2014, I end up completing it in CS6. These are the reasons why:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. 2014 is just not as solid a product as CS6. I know that when I start something in CS6, I will be able to complete it. I am an artist, so bear with my descriptions, but 2014 feels and acts like you are sitting on a three-legged chair versus a four-legged version with CS6.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. 2014 is not as stable. I rarely have CS6 crash, but 2014 has frozen several times and I have lost work, even with the auto-save on.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. 2014's tools can switch from a normal tip to other types on a whim.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. When cropping with 2014, I've had sides of the picture change. Hard to describe, but artistically, it's there. When I take the project into CS6 and crop it, there are no changes to the sides during cropping.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. I have had times when I can't change to a specific font in 2014 and then come back to 2014 later and it will change.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Should I report these as bugs? How? Here are the details that I think contribute to the problem.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am Spanish, living in UK, working with Windows 7 64 in English, my CC account was made from UK, but I changed language preferences to Spanish, and the issue can be reproduced as follows:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. In a computer with not adobe products installed, get into your CC account and select one product to trial from CC website.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. It first installs CC app and then you change preferences to Spanish and a different folder than default.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Installation process starts, it never asks anything and finally you get that program in English and in the default folder, which obviously was not intended.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Uninstall and clean the computer again with Adobe special tool (AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe) for not leaving any trace of previous Adobe products installations.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Download from a parallel site a multilingual package of the program you are interested. During the installation you can change Language and destination folder and select trial. It will install correctly as per your preferences.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6. Run the program, it will launch the CC app, now you are offered an update, do it, and voila, it is correctly installed in Spanish and the folder of your choice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7. Now you can select a second program to trial in CC app. It will installs too in Spanish and the folder of your choice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So in order to get things correctly installed as per your preferences, firstly you must avoid to go into CC web site or CC app as it will do wrong. This is an EXTREMELY IRRITATING way for this to behave.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If I have filename-this.png and I want to change it to filename-that.png, I want to be able to select "that" or put the cursor after the "t" and be able to type or delete as every other entry field in existence behaves.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What I end up needing to do is:&lt;br/&gt;1. Place the cursor&lt;br/&gt;2. Type one character&lt;br/&gt;3. Wait for the entire name to get auto-selected&lt;br/&gt;4. Place the cursor again&lt;br/&gt;5. I THOUGHT that enterprise would work because I could create a distribution package and the package was tied to a master account instead of unique email addresses but I was told by different adobe reps over the course of the day that enterprise was either: 1. only sold for 500+ seats, 2. only sold for 150+ seats, and 3. was for government and educational institutions only (support cant seem t get their facts straight as I was told enterprise is what I needed and then told multiple times that I couldn't get enterprise for entirely different reasons). I was told to buy a Team subscription and that I would have to manually set up unique emails for every single machine on our render farm and manually accept the "team invitation" on each of those emails (yes this was the official "solution" I received from multiple people at adobe support). Well I'm sitting here right now after being locked out of gmail for creating too many accounts and still not having enough, and I don't want to start fragmenting where all these emails are being sent by starting creating yahoo addresses, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Team subscription is a huge hassle to set up unless you have unique actual people at every computer you want to install the software on, other wise it's a massive pain in the a**. And it says something about the new volume licensing policy that the official solution is to spend all day creating emails that will be used ONCE just to get CC installed on all our machines.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The fix for this is incredibly simple and I don't know why it hasn't been implemented already: Change the policy for enterprise to allow the purchase of ANY number of seats to extend support to small and medium sized businesses, it's not like we're getting a discount for purchasing enterprise subscriptions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's ridiculous that this has been overlooked, that I have been spending the past two days TRYING to install industry standard software on our machines, and that I haven't been able too in a reasonable fashion.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:2829237d-d0a2-48f3-9c97-247902720007] --&gt;</description>

The current process is read the release notes after updating to a new version. The release notes should hyperlink to the related features in the product help.
