Opening a program

Apr 20, 2012 3:08 PM

I've downloaded Elements 10 but can't open the file. "Either not a supported file type or has been damaged eg.sent as an email attachment & wasn't correctly decoded."

Which file are you unable to open?  Do you have a filename?  Also which operating system are you using?

You will want to double click on the Photoshop Elements 10 LS15.exe file to extract your installation files.

Are you trying to download a trial or have you purchased Photoshop Elements?  This is important because it helps me determine where you are downloading from.  You can also try downloading the trial for Photoshop Elements from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements &loc=en_us.

Download the "7zip" utility ......open and extract the 7z file you have downloaded and run the setup.
