I installed a trial version of LiveCycle but could not get any HTML rendering.
So I activated IIS and isapiModule for POST so I could view a default.xhtml in the HTML pane. (I created the default.xhtml)
I repaired the installation of LiveCycle.
Still no Forms Manager nor HTML rendering...
Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) with FireFox v21.0 as default browser.

Are you able to access the Forms Manager url ( http://<hostname>:<port>/lc/fm ) of LiveCycle without IIS?
Can you please also tell us what repairs you did?

There were no Forms Manager nor HTML rendering before I activated IIS.
After activating IIS, I simply ran the installation again for LiveCycle, selecting the repair option.
The only reason I can see a default.xhtml page in the HTML pane is because:
I created the required folders and the default.xhtml; and I have set the server options for the default HTML page.
Forms Manager is not functioning.
Is there more than one installation package? Did I select the wrong package or option during installation?
