hi all,

so i signed up for the premium features on my iPad. The subscription took just fine, but the features are still locked. Any help appreciated.

There’s a couple of threads here when Guido from Adobe outlines some similar issue fixes, they may be worth a read and work for you (some still don’t have any luck it seems):
