Tengo el mismo problema. He intentado dar de baja mi suscripción o membresía. No la uso y no puedo pagarla más. Cuesta el doble que cuando la contraté.
Por favor, dar solución.

I see you have an active Creative Cloud subscription under the same ID as with forums. Unfortunately, you will have to Contact Customer Care for help.
