Assertion Failed error in version 7.3.1

Assertion Failed error

Dear Forum,

I've tried everything from Adobe's Regedit and these other suggestion (https://mcpactions.com/…/fix-adobe-lightroom-5-4-assertion…/)

Even uninstalled and rolled back to previous install.

Have 'deleted' .lock file.

Reset preference.
Basically, any suggestions I could find.
Currently running 7.3.1 on Windows 10.
Problem has started since update (and rolling back does not help).
Any help gratefully received.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have now tried this a few ways and unfortunately it does not work for me.

I'm still getting Assertion Failed pop up.
