install problem

Running V-tech learning lodge navigator and it keeps telling me to install Adobe Flash-after I have done that many times with computer telling me install was successful-need help please---thank you.

running windows vista, 32 bit, IE browser. v-tech inno tab requires adobe flash to be able to download from their site, have been totally unsuccessful in installing and being able to run flash player=thinking it may b a v-tech issue---not sure.
