ITV player is telling me that it needs version 10.2 of flashpayer to run. I try and install it from the adobe web site it keeps diverting me back to the latest version 11.1. Pleae can anyone help me to install this earlier version so that ITV player will work.

I'm running windows 7 and IE9.

The ITV player FAQ help section says that Flash Player 10.2 or higher is needed.

Make sure that you have Flash Player 11.1 installed: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

If the Version Information box does not say:  You have version 11,1,102,55 installed

Install Flash Player at this site : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Then check these items:

Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer 9

ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer 9

Does this solve your problem?

Thanks very much, it was the ActiveX filtering that was causing the problem apparently, and it now works after me tweaking all sorts and probably screwing something else up in the process!!
