How do I Install flash player

Everytime I try to load flash player my computer shows me that it is in the computer but it does't work.  Can't watch movies or shows.  I have cleaned out the cookies.  I dont have much computer experience and really dont know the catch phrases.  Need HELP

What is your web browser?

Seems like a browser specific issue. Try a different browser like chrome or firefox, it should work.

For fixing IE or Safari, lets follow below suggestions :

Run the Flash Player Uninstaller as applicable for your machine(i.e.Windows or MAC) and remove flash player.

For MAC : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

For Windows : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Restart the machine.

Download and Re-install Flash Player.

Restart the browser and check.
