Have tried installing the new 11.3 update to Adobe flashplayer. It says it installs successful, but I still can't play any videos and it tells me I need to install the update.
I turn off my antivirus when installing and close internet explorer, when I go to my control panel it shows I have the version for 32 bit player. But I have a 64 bit computer with Windows 7 system on it.
Please help, this has been going on for a month!
Keep thinking something is wrong with the download and I keep trying again but nothing seems to change.

You mean the Flash Player Settings Manager in Control Panel? That is just a 32-bit applet; the installer will automatically install both 32-bit and 64-bit Flash Players on 64-bit systems; check
Regarding Internet Explorer, check
