why can't i install flash reader11

There is no such thing as "flash reader"; you either mean Adobe Reader or Flash Player - please clarify.

Also "can't" means nothing; what exactly happens when you try to install?

Also, what is your operating system and version, as well as your web browser.

Sorry, I meant Flash Plyer.  It says it installs,but still cannot view some videos or open some games.  Have Windows Vista
