"Failed to Register"

Why do I get the message "failed to register" everytime I try to download Abobe Flash Drive?  I've tried all the ways it suggest and still can't download.

You mean Flash Player?

Are you installing as an Administrator user?  If yes, follow the steps described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/987370
