Flash Version

What is the most recent version of flash player compatible with os x 10.5.8?   I went to the download page and was 10.3.183.43.  The flash player pages says I now have 10.3.183.43 but right under that is a chart that says os x Safari

is version 11.5.502.10 as the latest version. 

I've been having trouble watching youtube videos.  The break up and freezes.  Will the upgrade of flash fix this?
