After installing the update flash player 11  my PC crashed when I try to watch a movie I have been in touch with customer service who advised to uninstall adobe air and flash players  after having done this it still crashes . my Case No is 0210269490

Which version of Adobe Flash Player you installed recently ?

Do you Windows or MAC ?

Please elaborate when you say PC crashed, Do you get any Error or computer restarts ?

Did you use Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller ?

i tryed to install flah player 11

i run windows 7

my pc just freezes and i have to hold the power button to reboot the pc no error is given

i used the program and components to remove the flash players

What is your display adapter, device driver version & date?  See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765

Also, can you check your Event Viewer if there is any information on that freeze?

my device is a ATI Radeon HD 5450

from Advance Micro Devices, Inc.driver version is 12.100.17.0 its a beta versionand the date is 02-26-2013 yes i can look in the event viewer but i dont know what i am looking for Date: Sat, 2 Mar 2013 21:29:39 -0800

You can use Adobe Flash Player uninstaller to remove Adobe Flash Player (http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe)
