You really need to provide more details than just "problems".

IE 10 works fine as browser however can not view any videos needing adobe flash player.  Have installed Adobe FP 11.6.  Seems to load fine.  Repeatedly unable to see any videos requiring Adobe FP.  When browsing with Google Chrome - everything works fine.  Any vieos requiring Adobe FP works ok. 

System is Dell laptop.  Intel i5 64 bit OS.  Windows 7.  IE 10.
