That has nothing to do with Flash Player.  Your computer may be infected with some malware.  Run a full scan with your antivirus software.

Or maybe it's a hidden browser add-on or toolbar; check your browser add-ons.

I get the pop up boxes when I use Mozlla browser. I never had them before.  I don't get the pop up boxes when I use internet explorer
