I have windows 7 - 64 and IE-9

I have tried about a dozen times to download flash player. when I click the download button I do not get a "run" button. I only get "open" or "save".

I have tried clicking on both, but then I get a message that it won't download. I've tried clicking "try again" but that does nothing.

How do I download the flash player, please??????

You need to save it to your Downloads folder, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

I posted it there because I didn’t see one for downloading flash player.

How can I do that? The instructions say to click “run”, but it does not give me that option. it asks if I want to open it or save it and then tells me I can’t.

"Open" is the same as "Run".

What do you mean by "can't"?

Can’t = cannot = does not work

I go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_ab=1

I click on Download Now

It asks Do I want to open or save

I click on Open

It asks Do I want to allow this program to make a change to my computer

I click on Yes

It says Choose my Region

I click on USA

It says Choose my Update options

I click on recommended option

It says installation complete

I click ok

It says installation complete

But nothing works when I go to websites with videos, they say Please Download the latest version of Flash Player

That finally explains much more than "can't", "cannot", or "does not work".

Have a look at
