How do I draw an empty rectangle?

I tried to create a title and use the rectangle tool. However, it won't let me make an empty rectangle...only a solid one. Help please!

Not as quick as Joe, but this is where I would start, with learning PrPro: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/878529?tstart=0

Tons more good stuff out there, but a day watching the material in that link, will be a good start.

Good luck,
