downloaded flashplayer 11 Help

Downloaded flash player 11 about a dozen times. Every time it says it's downloaded but if I try to view something it's never there. Anybody have a clue as to why. I'm running widows 7.

I do not understand "it's never there"; do you get any error messages?  What is your browser?  If IE check
