I use Windows 7on my Dell Studio XPS computer.  I have tried several times to download Adobe Flash Player 11 (without Google Chrome) to my computer.  I am able to download it.  The window say it is installed but then I periodically get notices that it is not installed and needs to be to be able to use various programs from for example the Weather channel.  I have already discontinued an egreeting card contract because I couldn't get the Flash Player 11 to work.  I have deleted cookies and computer history without success.  Why does Adobe make this software so difficult to use and what must I do to have the installation stay installed?
