Please use the flash player uninstaller utility and remove any instances of flash player.

Then restart your system and then try to install adobe flash player again using site http://www.adobe.com

Hey calicographics,

I was able to reproduce and fix the issue you're having. Hopefully it's the same thing.

Try this:

1. Start by uninstalling flash.

2. Download the .zip of the latest version here and extract the zip. (contains 11.7.700.202)

3. Navigate into the folder "11_7_r700_202". (NOT the debug folder)

4. Run flashplayer11_7r700_202_win (Windows Installer Package) and make sure that it successfully installs.

5. Next, run flashplayer11_7r700_202_winax (Windows Installer Package) and make sure that it successfully installs.

6. Verify that it's working in the browser.
