Hi,

Please use the flash player uninstaller utility and remove any instances of flash player.

Then restart your system and then try to install adobe flash player again using site http://www.adobe.com

Hi did try this more than one time. It says installed correctly but it

Please visit the below link and confirm the flash player version installed on your system.

Also, In order to install adobe flash player you must be system administrator.

Hey calicographics,

I was able to reproduce and fix the issue you're having. Hopefully it's the same thing.

Try this:

1. Start by uninstalling flash.

2. Download the .zip of the latest version here and extract the zip. (contains 11.7.700.202)

3. Navigate into the folder "11_7_r700_202". (NOT the debug folder)

4. Run flashplayer11_7r700_202_win (Windows Installer Package) and make sure that it successfully installs.

5. Next, run flashplayer11_7r700_202_winax (Windows Installer Package) and make sure that it successfully installs.

6. Verify that it's working in the browser.
