i have downloaded flashplayer several; times and it successfully downloads according to adobe. then i go to the control panel and it shows me the flashplayer in the program panel but does not show that it has taken any space or what size that it takes to download, its blank. so then when i go to the site that told me i needed to install flashplayer and i think that it has been installed it repeats the same remark, that i need to install adobe flashplayer. can u tell me why i am having this problem and can you help me solve this issue? i have never had this problem before and then one day all of a sudden i can not play games.
