I recently downloaded Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX on my PC. Although my Programs and Features shows Flash Player installed as of July 19, the program is apparently not activated since I receive "must install Adobe Flash Player" messages when trying to open video email attachments or YouTube, etc.  My operating system is Vista with Internet Explorer.  Any suggestions?
