installing problem with flash player

Windows 7 64 bit OS...I  was playing games on facebook, and got an update flash player notice.  could no longer play game.  updated, still got message.  uninstalled and reinstalled adobe and adobe flash player, still get message below:

To play Candy crush Saga you need to upgrade your flash player.
