Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

1) Launch Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc.) or right click on Task Bar -> Start Task Manager

2) Go to "Processes Tab"

3) Check for any WebPlayer.exe process

4) If there is a process, right click on it and Kill Process

Thanks,

Vikram

Thanks for your help. Did as you said and Adobe Flash installed.

However it appears not to be working,.

I tried looking at something on BBC i Player, and the message keeps coming up that I need to install Adobe Flash.

What do I need tio do now.

Hello,

If you have Internet Explorer 9 or Internet Explorer 10, please check for ActiveX Filtering.

Click on Tools -> Safety and make sure there is no check on ActiveX Filtering

Unknown.jpg

If there is a check, click on ActiveX Filtering.

Close all the windows of Internet Explorer and launch it again.

Thanks,

Vikram
