I have a Gateway computer (DX 4822; WIN 7 Premium) and recently have started to see this popup quite frequently. I uninstalled the FP and installed the latest version. I am still seeing these popups. Is there a way to eliminate them?

I was getting a Shockware error meesage so I uninstalled the AFP and installed the latest version.

This resolved the Shockware problem but left me with the "Please download ..." popup situation.
