We're working on addressing these issues with our installers, but in the meantime these issues can be fixed using the following steps:

Install Flash Player
Download the SubInACL Installer from Microsoft
Install SubInACL and note the install location
Download the attached "reset_fp.zip" file and extract it to the SubInACL folder from the previous step. At this point, subinacl.exe and reset_fp.bat will be in the same folder. Please note that you might not see the file extensions unless you've made them visible.
If you are on Vista or Windows 7, right click "reset_fp.bat" and select "Run as Administrator". If you are on XP, please make sure you are using an Administrator level account before double clicking.
You'll see a window appear and text go by, this should only take a few seconds to complete.
If you were unable to install Flash Player in step 1, do so now.
Restart your computer and verify that Flash is working correctly.

My Pc is an Acer ASpire 7730G

I have Vista "Edition Familiale Premium" 32 bits Service Pack2 an, update of Vista his OK at the date.

I have Internet Explorer 9 because the nexte version are not compatible with my Vista.

I have FireFox 35

I have JRE Java8up31

I have Karspersky Anti-Virus 2014 (version 2015 not working with Java applet)

My problèm is: at step (e) of the procedure, when execute reset_fp.bat in administrator mode, the result is with many erreurs:

An now i cann't install Adobe Flash Player for IE an FireFox.

The state is mow more bade that the begining.

At the begining Adobe Flash Player was OK after new installation after an start PC for IE9 an FireFox.

Now I cann't have a good installation for Adobe Flash Player IE9 an FireFox.

I see for FireFox: erreur during installation adobe Flash player, cann't write C\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\flashplayer.xpt 5 because the autorisation are not correct.

For Internet Explorer: i not see erreur during download and installation of adobe flash player but, the web site do not see adobe flash player.

Please Help me

The procedure reset_fp.bat associated at subinacl.exe not working correctly with 32 bits VISTA "Edition familial premium" service pack2 french version.

For solve the problem "flash player stops working after restart PC" y have:

executed the reset_fp.bat with right click "run as administrator mode"
changed manually the security authorizations of my user for Macromed directory and sub directory in C:\windows\system32
downloaded Adobe Flash Player save it in my disk and, executed it with right click "run as administrator mode"

That somebody know a correct reset_fp.bat and subinacl.exe version working with, 32 bits VISTA "Edition familial premium" service pack2 french version?
