When I try to play a show or movie there is a green screen with audio only.. I checked and found out I could fix this by right clicking on the screen and disabling the hardware acceleration but when I do it there is no button for it.. I only have 4 buttons not the 5th one where this is found.. Any other suggestions?

Yeah, Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1 doesn't have this option.

I'm sorry you're running into problems.  What browser and operating system are you using?  Green screens usually indicate a video card driver problem.  Could you try updating your driver using the FAQ below?

Windows: how do I update the device driver for my video/display adapter?

Awesome, thanks for the clarification.  I was wondering if we had a super-weird bug for a second.
