Flash Player on Yosemite 10.10.2 Won't Install

I have been attempting to install Flash Player on my new mac mini with Yosemite 10.10.2 installed. It will not install and gives me this error message.

Install Adobe Flash Player can not be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure Install Adobe Flash Player works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X

Anyone have any fixes to this?

I've actually tried 3..

AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_16_itrosxd_aaa_aih.dmg

AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_17_itrosxd_aaa_aih.dmg

and

install_flash_player_osx.dmg
