1. You are Installing Flash Player on which Operating System?

2. You are Installing Flash Player for which Browser?

3. Where are You downloading Flash Player from?

Mean while you can try downloading and Installing - Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows ‌(If Windows) or Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac (If MacOS) .
