need help retrieving my wedding photos

I got married this past Saturday and my photographer for my wedding sent me an email with the photos I just had to download them to my computer the next day but they went into a different folder in trying to retrieve them but they are not popping up it say ERROR 213:19 please help.

Are you getting error message like Problem occurred with the License?
