I can't install Premiere Element on my computer (windows 7)

Hi,

I recently bought Adobe Première Element 13. I install it yesterday and all was great ! But this morning, the application crashed and send me a error message :

                     "Error number 16

                      Try to reinstall première element"

The installation was just starting when a second error message appear :

                     " /!\ errors occurred during installation

                        .....              

                                                                     _______

                                                                    /CLOSE\"

I really don't know how can i do... please help me !

PS : I'm french and my english isn't perfect    !!
