Why ever time I try to run the latest version then try to run it I get Application Institutional Error?!?

Hello,

Could it be an application initialization error?  I've not seen an 'institutional error' before.  Please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum).

Also, what is the OS and browser you are using?
