Can someone please help with DRM report on Kobo touch?

I have upgraded to Digital editions 4.5 and now cannot download library books. I get an Oops! protected by DMR. I have done a factory reset on the Kobo, authorized the computer and the kobo. Nothing works

Hi,

I did that and now it says I have to authorize my computer. When I try to

do that it says it is already authorized. Still cannot copy books. No

permission.

Press CTRL + SHIFT + I.

What display your Adobe ID in the Windows was open?
