Adobe flash

Executei todos procedimentos tais como desacelerar o adobe e etc. recomendados no site, mas mesmo assim quando vou jogar no facebook , jogos saga, via Chrome vem um aviso que o adobe flash que está atualizado na versão 21 não é reconhecido, ou seja mensagem que No Flash Player found. 11.0.0 version required.  

Solicito uma solução para o problema.

Como disse já havia executado todos os procedimentos indicados por m _vargas e continua não funcionando. Favor me dar uma solução e como executa-la.

What is the operating system, including version?

Please do the following:

1. Launch Chrome
2. In the address field type: chrome://plugins
3. Click the 'Details' button in the upper right to display the plugin's details
4. scroll down to Flash Player
5. What is the Location of Flash Player that Google is using?

possuo o Windows 7, os jogos não funcionam nem no explorer, nem no chrome, todos estão atualizados e não adianta.

For Chrome, the path you sent is the correct location.  You may need to completely uninstall Chrome and re-isntaller it, or reset it to the original settings.  See Reset Chrome settings to default - Chrome Help

For IE, make sure ActiveX Filtering is disabled.  See Fix ActiveX problems in Flash Player on Internet Explorer If you still have problems you may want to try resetting IE.  See Change or reset Internet Explorer settings - Windows Help

Note that resetting Chrome or IE will delete all add-ons, bookmarks, etc.  You'll want to save (export) any saved bookmarks before performing the browser refresh.
