Hello all,
I recently bought the Acrobat DC rpoduct and got error 201.
I read the different suggested solutions on the forums but they didn't help.
I'm running WIndows 10 64-bit

I managed to figure it out- a combination of deleting some problematic programs from my laptop and downloading the trial version.
