So I have a subscription for Lightroom and Photoshop. Now it keeps saying that I have to buy the products.
I had contact through chat yesterday 2 times one time in the morning and one time in the evening and both times they said to me that they had difficulties and that I had to contact them again after 3-4 hours. Now it's the next day and still the same problem. I can't access the products.
And now I can't reach the chat anymore.
Anyone that had the same problem and knows how to solve this?
if your account, Adobe ID does not show your subscription, you either are using the wrong id or you don't have a subscription.
do you have an email received from adobe confirming your subscription? that email address is your adobe id.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
