On one of our users computers, Adobe Idesign and Photoshop won't activate properly. When you start one of the apps it says the license is invalid and the application will close. I have tried signing in using the users username/password on a completely new computer, and the issue still persists. It also wanted to register as a trail version on the new computer and on the computer it already was installed on. Under "manage team" in the adobe web control panel, the user has the necessary license assigned.
