Bought Premiere Elements 14 last year, can't locate program

I bought premier elements 14 last year and have had to uninstall the program due to an error message appearing when I tried to load it up. I want to reinstall it but can't find a link to it anywhere?

-includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs
