How can I fix this

Do you have a CC subscription? If so, you can download 10 images for free from https://stock.adobe.com/. The search for telephone booth turned up over 6k images. Using one of these would be way easier than trying clean up that image.

It is an illustration drawing showing all 4 sides (Axonometric) of the phone box with the exact same angle so I need.

often I face with problem when I found the position perfect image/object they are often are in very low resolution.
How to blow up an image from 240px into a 2400px image just like this one as one of the many cases that I have

Google image,

you can filter out low resolution images but often those are the ones that are useful

I know is not perfect but after smart blur mask with the original underneath I am able to clean up quiet a bit, let me know whatelse i can do to refine the image
